Shaabaya HQ guarantess all products manufactured under our brand to be defect-free. However, due to unforeseen circumstance, if any defect detected, we humbly apologize. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective item.

Applicable only for defectives or damaged item(s). Only unworn, unaltered, unscented, unwashed, condition product(s) with the tag still intact can be returned or replaced within 7 days of receipt (for both local & international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

During peak season(Eid-Fitr & Eid-Adha), exchange of defective items are only applicable depends on subject availability. However, customers are advise to notify us at shaabayaexclusive@gmail.com by quoting the order number and the product details.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-refundable. Customers have to make sure the measurement of every part of the body, fit the measurement of the given sizing chart because HQ does not entertain any exchange due to sizing mistake by customers.
